Starting or maintaining your doula business…

can be CHALLENGING. From setting up your LLC, to getting your first clients, attending your first births, and creating a sustainable schedule…it can be a lot to step into. Let me be your guide! I have supported hundreds of families as a birth doula and educator. I’ve been a mentor, teacher and coach for well over a decade, in all of my spheres of my life. But there is a delicate nuance of working with families in this tender and powerful space. I want to help you find your MAGIC and give you the tools to continue moving forward in what I consider to be life and soul work.

There are two ways to work with me: Small Group Mentorship Container or 1:1 Mentoring

Small Group Mentorship Container 3 months of mentorship! Next program staring Spring 2025. This is a great way to connect and build community with other new(er) doulas. My goal in mentoring will always be to help you increase your confidence in the birth space, build connections within your community, identify and embody your ‘WHY’ in birth-work, and to grow your business in a sustainable way for you. Examples of what we will cover include:

• how to identify your ideal clients and where to find them

• connecting to the birth community

• conducting interviews with potential clients

• assembling paperwork for clients, with access to my client paperwork

• structuring prenatal visits

• reviewing birth-case studies to make sure you’re prepared for the births you will attend

• deep dive into doula skills

• Infant CPR Certification

• assistance in business logistics as needed

Investment: $999

1:1 Mentoring Each 1:1 mentoring relationship is customizable and unique based on your needs and where you are currently in your career. In addition to what we’ll cover in group mentoring, other examples of where support may lead include:

• Website review

• Access to my paperwork, or a review of yours

• Guidance in developing an additional offering (ie class you may design to teach or additional service)

• shadowing 2 prenatal visits with me (virtually or in person)

• shadowing a birth with me - based on availability and requires a LOT of flexibility and communication OR

• Me shadowing YOU in a prenatal visit or birth (2 hours) to offer guidance and feedback

• Birth processing

Investment: A range based on needs. Packages start at $1111: 8 weeks of mentorship where we’ll dive deep into your business, questions and offerings together. I will also do hourly mentorship at $111 per hour (minimum 2 hours). Payment plans available as necessary.
